Maitland Lecture 2008

The 2008 Maitland Lecture was given by well known science lecturer and polymer researcher Professor Tony Ryan OBE on Wednesday 20 February 2008.

Titled, 'The impact of NANO technology on the construction industry', the lecture examined the future possibilities that NANO technology could hold for building and construction.

Tony is currently the ICI Professor of Physical Chemistry and director of the Polymer Centre at the University of Sheffield and has conducted a number of high profile science lectures to large audiences.
