This paper describes the demolition of the central suspended span of the Huntingdon Railway Viaduct, which crosses the East Coast Main Line on the west side of the Cambridgeshire town.
Includes both 'Manual for the seismic design of steel and concrete buildings to Eurocode 8' and the new, accompanying guidance 'Examples for the seismic design of steel and concrete buildings to Eurocode 8'.
This manual supports the seismic design of buildings to BS EN 1998-1 and BS EN 1998-5 (Eurocode 8) for construction in the UK and France.
